WARRANTY POLICY - RETURN

1. Warranty conditions - Return

- Products with the MAIKA HOUSE brand are warranted in the following cases: The product has loose glue, broken threads, dry glue...
- KIMONEVN does not warrant the product in the following cases:
+ Goods are damaged due to customer errors such as: Scratches, worn soles, melting, animal bites,...
+ Goods are naturally worn out during use.
+ Improper storage such as: wiping chemicals on shoes causing leather stains, fading, shoes left unused for a long time to decompose, dry, hard leather, aging and not sticking to glue...
- Products can only be exchanged for new ones in case of detecting technical errors by the manufacturer within 07 days of receiving the goods, which cannot be repaired.

Note:
In case the product has a serious technical error caused by the shop, the shop will bear the shipping fee in both directions.
In case the customer wants to change the size, color, or model due to the customer's wishes, the customer must pay a two-way fee

2. Conditions for exchanging goods:

+ Within 7 days from the date of purchase.
+ The product is 100% new and intact; no scratches; intact stamps,
labels, and boxes are intact, not dented.
+ The product is not dirty, has not been washed, has no signs of use, does not have cosmetic stains, and is not contaminated with odors such as perfume, shaving cream,
deodorant or cigarette smoke...
+ Each order is only eligible for exchange support once.

+ Not convertible to cash

3. Return/warranty period

– 6-month warranty from order confirmation
– Return within 7 days
Time to return warranty products to customers
– At the store: 5 – 7 days (From the date the shop receives the goods)
– Online: 7 – 15 days (From the date the shop receives the goods)
Time to return products to customers
– At the store: products are exchanged immediately after the customer brings the defective product to the
store
– Online: 3-7 days (From the date the shop receives the goods)
